The Center for Fine Art Photography invites photographers working in all mediums and styles to participate in its exhibitions. Traditional, contemporary, avant-garde, creative and experimental works, including new processes, mixed techniques are welcome.
Eligibility
The
exhibition is open to all domestic and international, professional and
amateur photographers working with digital or traditional photography
or combinations of both.
Juror
Christiane
Slawik is internationally recognized for her dedication to horses, in
her photography, workshops and publications. Her images are published
throughout the world and frequently grace the covers of magazines,
books and calendars. As an accomplished equestrian she is comfortable
riding show-stopping Western cut horses to European dressage champions.

Exhibition and Awards
With
selection for this exhibition, artists and their work will be seen by
an international audience of collectors, curators, art consultants and
others who appreciate the fine art of photography:
- Exhibition in The Center for Fine Art Photography’s gallery from Sept 5 through Sept 27, 2008
- Feature presentation in CameraArts magazine Artist’s ShowCase
- Juror’s Selection award: $500
- Director's Selection award: $300
- Gallery Visitor’s Choice Award: $100
- Two Artists’ ShowCase Online subscriptions
- All exhibitors are included in the Center's online gallery of exhibitions for two years
- Inclusion in the Center's 2008 Exhibition Collection CD which is distributed to selected galleries, collectors, design houses and corporations world wide.
Submitting Entries for Jurying
Entries are submitted via the Center’s on-line system. Download to begin the process.
Entry Fee
- The entry fee for non-members is $35 USD for the first three images.
- The entry fee for members of The Center for Fine Art Photography is $20.00 USD for 3 images.
- Additional images may be submitted for $10 each. There is no limit to the number of images that may be submitted.
Acceptance Notification
Everyone who submits will be notified of the acceptance posting on the Center’s website.
Sales
Images
that include recognizable faces will require a model release to be
eligible for sale. All other work will be eligible for sale. Artists
will state the retail sale price of their works. The Center retains a
40% commission.
