International Deadline: October 2, 2016 – CICA Museum invites artists worldwide to participate in the Int’l Exhibition on Contemporary Illustration and the Int’l Exhibition on Indie Music Video & Sound Art.

Exhibition Dates: November 25 – December 11, 2016

Please send us up to 5 digital photographs and your bio to “cicamuseum.submission@gmail.com.”cicamuseum.submission@gmail.com.

  • Document Size: 10×15 inches (Portrait or Landscape)
  • Pixel Dimensions: Above 3000×4500 pixels (Portrait or Landscape)
  • Resolution: Above 300 dpi

Please write “Submission: Contemporary Illustration — Artist Name” in the subject line of your email.

If your work is smaller than 10×15 inches, please leave a white margin around the image. In case of works larger than 10×15 inches, additional fees may apply for installation.

Selected works will be printed, framed, and installed by our curators & assistants. Please let us know if you have photographs larger than 10×15 inches.

There is no Application Fee. However, if your work is selected, you will be required to pay a $50 installation and maintenance fee for each work.

CICA fosters projects of experimental artists. We aim to provide a creative, yet comfortable space for artists and the community to nurture their creative and critical thinking with visual culture while they communicate with each other.

CICA Museum has a collection of artist Czong Ho Kim’s sculptures, paintings, and architecture, as well as many renowned international artists’ works. For special exhibitions, we exhibit Contemporary Art pieces including painting, sculpture, and new media art. CICA also offers education and public programs for the cultural development of local communities.
