Competitions TRAHCs 29th Annual Juried Exhibition
U.S. National Deadline: May 14, 2017 – TRAHCs 29th Annual Juried Exhibition is a juried exhibition celebrating local, regional, and national artists.
The competition is hosted by the Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council, an arts council located in Texarkana, Texas, and generously sponsored by E-Z Mart, Inc. Accepted work will be exhibited from July 14 – August 12, 2017.
The exhibition is open to all artists 18 years and older currently residing in the U.S. All work must be original in concept and not copied from another artist’s work. No photography, video, film, jewelry, installations or artwork that requires special installation or assembly will be accepted.

First Place – $750
Second Place – $500
Third Place- $300
Fourth Place – $200
$35 flat fee for up to three entries.
Only entries submitted online will be considered. Entries are limited to a maximum of three works executed in the last two years (May 2015 – May 2017.) A maximum of two pieces of artwork per artist can be juried into the exhibit.
Results of the first phase of judging will be emailed on May 22, 2017.
All works accepted for the exhibition must be original, completed, and ready to hang. Substitutions of accepted works will not be allowed and all delivered work must match the image juried.
Any artwork sold to the public will incur a 20% commission.

- June 24 Accepted artwork due at 3:45 p.m.
- July 3 – July 10 Judging Phase 2

- July 14 Opening Reception, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m., Awards presented at 7:00 p.m.
- August 12 Exhibit closes
- August 15 – September 15 Return of shipped and hand delivered artwork
