U.S. National Deadline: April 19, 2019 – The National Association of Women Artists, is calling artists to enter our upcoming exhibition, on display June 5-26, 2019 at New York’s NAWA Gallery. 3D Sculpture and Wall Sculpture (On and Off the Wall) is the fifth in a series of open juried exhibitions at the NAWA Gallery, focusing on specific mediums in celebration of NAWA’s 130th Anniversary. All 3D sculptures and wall sculptures are eligible.

ELIGIBILITY
This NAWA juried exhibit is open to regular juried in NAWA members and non-members, 18+, US citizens and or permanent residents.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Maximum size for wall-hung sculpture 15” x 12” (no exceptions).
  • Free standing sculpture maximum size 15” x 12”, max. weight 30 lbs
  • Works over the maximum size will be disqualified.
  • No ceiling hung artworks will be accepted.
  • No saw tooth hangers. All works must be wired to gallery standards and must meet professional presentation standards as interpreted by the NAWA Exhibition Committee.

AWARDS
First Place -­ $150
Second Place -­ $100
Third Place -­ $75
plus two Judge’s Recognition Certificates

ENTRY FEE
Because this is a sculpture (3D) show, you may submit two images for each artwork submitted, as follows: NAWA members: $40 for 2 works (2 images of each work); one additional work (2 images) $5. Non-members $45 for 2 works (2 images of each work); one additional work (2 images) $5.

SALES
All work must be for sale: Artist receives 70%, NAWA 30%.
