Print & Art White House Photo Submissions Wanted
International Deadline: November 1, 2019 – Do you have special White House photos from a visit to Washington? We want to see them! White House History Quarterly, the journal of the White House Historical Association, is seeking photographs from our readers and the general public for publication consideration.
Up to ten of the most compelling submissions will be featured in a special issue on “Photographing the White House.”
Submissions may feature recent or past interior or exterior images of the White House taken on tour or from outside of the fence. People may be included in the image but the White House or the White House grounds must be a central subject in the image. All images must be original, unaltered, and unedited. Two submissions per person will be considered. The person submitting the photograph must own the copyright to the photograph.
The White House Historical Association is a private, non-profit organization founded in 1961 by First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy with a mission to protect, preserve, and provide public access to the rich history of America’s Executive Mansion.
