Art Calls CICA Contemporary Art Solo Series 2025
Opportunity Description
International Deadline: May 1, 2024 – CICA Museum invites artists worldwide to participate in the Contemporary Art Solo Show Series and the publication.
Each selected artist will have a solo exhibition for a week (Wednesday – Sunday) in the gallery space (around 44m2). The artists will be also featured in the the e-book, “CICA Art Now 2025,” which will be available via Amazon Kindle. The printed version will be available by order.
This year’s categories include:
– Painting
– Photography
– Sculpture and Installation Art
– Performance
– Video & New Media Art
FEES
If your work is selected, you will be required to pay the show processing & maintenance fee: $600 (USD). The artist is responsible for the shipment and delivery of his/her work to and from CICA Museum, as well as all related expenses.

TIMELINE
- May 1, 2024: Close submissions
- May 7 – 30, 2024: Approvals: Selected artists will be notified by email.
- Between January and June 2025: Contemporary Art Solo Show Series
- August 1, 2025: Expected publication date of “CICA Art Now 2025”
About:
CICA Museum has a collection of artist Czong Ho Kim’s sculptures, paintings, and architecture, as well as many renowned international artists’ works. For special exhibitions, we exhibit Contemporary Art pieces including painting, sculpture, and new media art. CICA also offers education and public programs for the cultural development of local communities.
