Opportunity Description

International Deadline: November 22, 2024 – CICA Museum invites artists worldwide to participate in the CICA Art Studio Program for Fall 2025. The program will take place at the CICA Museum in Fall 2025, with available months are from July to December 2025.

Each artist will be allocated a studio space of around 44m2 for one month, where they will have a solo exhibition at the assigned space for 1-2 weeks during the term based on their preference. The artist may collaborate with CICA Museum and/or CICA Kids Lab to conduct workshops or performances. Furthermore, the artist will be showcased in the e-book, “CICA Art Now 2026,” with the option to order a print edition.

The artist will have access to the designated space throughout the agreed period. Basic tools such as hammers, levels, tape measures, electric drills, screws, and a ladder will be provided for use. Please note that sleeping in the facility is prohibited.

FEES
The artist will need to contribute the registration fee of $900 USD to confirm the participation.

SALES
If any profits are made from selling artworks, tickets, etc., the artist will receive a 90% commission.

  • November 22, 2024: Close submissions
  • November 27-December 20, 2024: Approvals: Selected artists will be notified by email.
  • July-December 2025: Art Studio Program (Each artist will participate for one month).
  • August 1, 2026: Expected publication date of “CICA Art Now 2026″
