Opportunity Description

International Deadline: November 14, 2025 – CICA Museum invites artists worldwide to participate in the International Exhibition “Breath 2026.” We welcome photography, 2D digital art, video art, interactive art, drawing, painting, sculpture, installation art, environmental art, and activist art that explore themes related to life, environment, politics, welfare, air pollution, fine dust, radioactive contamination, health, and the pandemic.

Exhibition Dates: July 29 – August 16, 2026.

CATEGORIES

– Photographs & 2D Digital Art
Selected works will be printed in 10×15 or 10×10 inches, framed, and installed by our curators and assistants. If requested, works can be printed and framed in larger sizes. Additional fees may apply.

– Video & Interactive Art
We will provide projectors and DVD/DIVX players for the exhibition. Multiple single-channel works will be screened through one projector. If a work needs to be screened through a dedicated projector or requires more than two projectors/monitors, please specify the special requirements in your submission email. Additional fees may apply.

– Painting, Sculpture & Installation Art
Artists are responsible for the shipment and delivery of their physical works to and from the CICA Museum, as well as all related expenses. Two-dimensional works should be no larger than 39 inches (1 m) on the longest side, and installation pieces should be no larger than 39×39×79 inches (1×1×2 m, w×l×h). Works to be mounted on the wall should not exceed 10 kg. Please indicate in the submission email if you are interested in exhibiting works exceeding these size or weight limits.

FEES
Free to apply. If selected, artists will be required to pay a show processing and maintenance fee.
