Opportunity Description

International Deadline: May 31, 2024 – CICA Museum invites artists worldwide to participate in the CICA Art Studio Program for Spring 2025.

The program will take place at the CICA Museum in Spring 2025, with available months are from November 2024 to June 2025. Each artist will be allocated a studio space of around 44m2 for one month, where they will have a solo exhibition at the assigned space for 1-2 weeks during the term based on their preference. The artist may collaborate with CICA Museum and/or CICA Kids Lab to conduct workshops or performances. Furthermore, the artist will be showcased in the e-book, “CICA Art Now 2025,” with the option to order a print edition.

FEE
The artist will need to contribute the registration fee of $900 USD to confirm the participation.

SALES
If any profits are made from selling artworks, tickets, etc., the artist will receive a 90% commission. The museum will promote the events on social media and in communities, covering the promotional costs with its 10% commission.

  • June 5-30, 2024: Approvals: Selected artists will be notified by email.
  • November 2024 – June 2025: Art Studio Program (Each artist will participate for one month).
  • August 1, 2025: Expected publication date of “CICA Art Now 2025″

CICA Museum has a collection of artist Czong Ho Kim’s sculptures, paintings, and architecture, as well as many renowned international artists’ works. For special exhibitions, we exhibit Contemporary Art pieces including painting, sculpture, and new media art.
