Opportunity Description

U.S. National Deadline: August 30, 2026 – Enter the Dutch Art Gallery juried exhibition for a chance to be featured in our gallery. The top prize is $1,000. If you’re seeking gallery representation, this show serves as a key opportunity for us to assess public interest in your art. Every accepted piece will be displayed on our website and featured on social media during the run of the show.

On display October 3rd, 2026 through November 21st, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to U.S. Artists, and two dimensional artwork: oil, acrylic, colored pencil, watercolor, pastel, charcoal and/or mixed media. If you are using a media not mentioned, please email us for verification that we are accepting it. NO AI or any digital works. No Sculpture. No Photography. No crafts.

Subject matter is completely open. Artwork must have been produced in 2025-2026 calendar years. Art Entry must meet standard framing sizes.

JURY
Work is judged on:

  • Originality – Creativity and originality of the work
  • Overall Composition – Quality of artistic composition and overall design
  • Overall impression of the artwork

  • 1st Place $1000
  • 2nd Place $500
  • 3rd Place $250
  • People’s Choice Framed Certificate

ENTRY FEE
Entry Fee of $60.00 USD covers up to three entries.

APPLY ONLINE

Our juried show still consist of 2 parts. In addition to the actual artwork, we require a written statement about the work that gives insight into the piece. It can be about your creation process or the meaning behind the work.

SALES
Entry must be available to sell and reflect your current standard pricing. Paintings that do not reflect the artists’ pricing structure may be disqualified. The Gallery shall receive a commission equal to 50 percent (50%) of the retail price on each work sold.

The Dutch Art Gallery is a 7,000 square foot showroom located in Lake Highlands, Dallas, TX 75238. We feature an array of original oil, mixed media, limited edition prints and a growing private collection.
