Compete Art League of Baytown – FotoFest 2026
Opportunity Description
U.S. National Deadline: November 2, 2025 – The FotoFest biennial is one of the largest exhibition of photography in the United States and The Art League of Baytown is proud to be a part of this exceptional program.
The Art League of Baytown celebrates its 71st year and its 5th season as a FotoFest Participating Space in 2026. The theme for this season’s competition is ‘A Sense of Place’.
Fifty thematic photographs will be on display at the ALB gallery, 110 W Texas Ave, Baytown, Texas, from March 12 through May 16, 2026.
ELIGIBILITY
Submissions are open to both professional and amateur photographers working in all forms of photography. However you must be 18 to enter. There is no time limit on image date.
JUROR
We are pleased to announce that noted Houston gallery owner Catherine Couturier is the juror for the competition. Ms. Couturier will select up to 50 thematic photographs for display at the ALB gallery March 12-May 16, 2026.
AWARDS
1st place: $350
2nd place: $250
3rd place: $150
3 HM at $50 each
ENTRY FEE
$40 for initial 5 submissions, $6 each for next 5.

Art League of Baytown was organized in 1954 and incorporated as a Texas non-profit corporation in 1963. The mission of the Art League of Baytown is to foster creativity through education, conservation, connection and scholarship through innovation and equity within the arts to cultivate an inclusive and vibrant community.
