RFP/Q's RFQ for Artist and Contractors
Opportunity Description
U.S. National Deadline: March 6, 2026 – The Arts & Culture Division is getting ready for the next phase of implementation and beginning to bring the City’s Public Arts Annual Plan to life. As part of this step, we releasing several Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) related to upcoming public art projects, including mural installations, metal plate creation, and the fabrication and installation of mini gallery structures.
With more than 100 public art installations are planned throughout the city, with multiple artists to be selected for projects across diverse sites and settings.
The goal is to build awareness, encourage participation, and support a strong pool of qualified applicants for these upcoming public art projects. Selected artists and contractors will be eligible to participate in multiple projects as implementation phase progresses. Individual project awards will vary based on scope, and selected participants may work on multiple projects under a contract not to exceed $100,000.
