Art Calls Postcards from the Edge 2025
Opportunity Description
International Deadline: November 22, 2024 – Postcards from the Edge is back! We need your art to help us raise over $100,000 to sustain Visual AIDS’ mission of supporting artists living with HIV, preserving the legacies of those who have been lost, and producing contemporary art programs — because AIDS isn’t over!
Everyone interested in submitting is welcome! There is no theme. All postcards are sold anonymously for $100 and all funds raised go to support Visual AIDS.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Create an original postcard-size artwork (4 x 6 inches). Drawings, photographs, paintings, printmaking, sculpture, and mixed media are welcome. Original artworks only — artworks should have the direct hand of the artist; photographs should be printed on high-quality archival paper. One entry per artist.
- Remember to keep it anonymous! Do not sign the front of your artwork and please refrain from posting images of your work publicly until after the sale starts — it’s part of the fun!
