International Deadline: December 31, 2026; Recurring Quarterly – Now accepting artist’s entries for the Access Arts® unrestricted Support Grants, ArtDeadline.Com’s recurring award to support artistic practices in two-dimensional art. 95% of the application fee will be divided between three artists.

Access Arts® believes that the arts are an important and innate part of the human experience, it enriches our personal life, and the life of our communities. Without “art”, without an avenue to express our most basic needs and share in it’s community, we cannot fully develop as a person nor as a culture. Insofar that barriers and exclusion from such experiences exist as a result of prejudice, economic factors, environmental and/or behavioral conditions, we feel a special responsibility as a member of the art community to provide support for initiatives that “makes the arts accessible for all”.

Accessed regularly by thousands of artists and art institutions worldwide, our network is regarded by many to be the best and ultimate resource for quality income and exhibition opportunities.

ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must be a living contemporary visual artist, 18 years old or more, residing anywhere in the world. Artists do not need to be subscribers to any of our publications or ArtDeadline.Com. To be considered, artists must maintain a published profile on the internet, submit (upload) an image that will be considered your Application, which must also match the image(s) on your required website. Eligible media includes two-dimensional art: Painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, collage, 2-d mixed media. Submitted work(s) must be original and produced soley by applicant.

Deadlines:

  • September 1, 2026 thru December 31, 2026 (currently open for applications)
  • January 1, 2027 to April 30, 2027
  • May 1, 2027 to August 31, 2027
  • September 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027

Winners of the September 2026 cycle may apply again May-September 2027 cycle only.

BENEFITS & AWARDS
All Applicants submitted image(s), artwork descriptions, artists statements, artwork descriptions and link to website will be displayed on an Access Arts Grant Gallery (tba) and promoted on the internet, until closure of current grant cycle.

Winning Artists
Application fees will be divided between three artists. The awards are unrestricted.

  • 95% of Applicant fees collected by end of the current cycle will be divided between three artists**
  • Announcement and display on ArtDeadline.Com newsletters
  • Announcement and display on ArtDeadline.Com website
  • Multiple Social networks and proprietary websites displays.
  • Search engine displays as a function of above benefits.

All told, as a result of the intitiatives, above benefits and awards have the potential of reaching thousand’s of artists, galleries, curators, and patrons of the arts across our network.

SELECTIONS
Selections is based on artist quality of work as submitted to us and the identical image(s) viewed on artist website by jury. Description of provided work, an artists statement and/or artist profile viewed online will also be considered. To receive awarded grant the winning artist must credit Access Arts on their website upon winning notification. An award logo will be provided at such time. Selection is by consensus via art professional members of Access Arts®. All decisions are final.

Images of accepted works may be used at the sole discretion of Access Arts and/or ArtDeadline.Com for promotional purposes including, but not limited to: the invitation, catalog, website, social media, or a subsequent year’s prospectus. Images will include attribution.

ENTRY FEE
$5.00 Application fee (1 image)  95% of the application fee goes towards awards, the remaining is for administrative and processing fees.

** please note, due to the unpredicability of applications, in the event that the current cycle does not meet a monetary threshold warranting distribution of funds, such collected funds and other benefits, will be carried over to the next grant cycle (and current applicants will automatically be carried over to that new grant cycle as well).
