Internet Drawing In All Mediums

Opportunity Description
International Deadline: June 20, 2022 – Drawing is often thought to be something of a modest or even preparatory art-form. With drawing’s rich history, from its relationship, through calligraphy, with writing, to its gestural and abstract potentials, place it at the center of art history. While drawing’s relationship with painting is well known, its relationship with other mediums is less explored.
This Site:Brooklyn Gallery exhibition aims to have artists reconceptualize the seemingly solid divisions between the materials and mediums of drawing, to think about drawing both in a traditional sense, but also in novel and unexpected ways.
Online Exhibition July 27, 2022 – August 26, 2022.
