Call for Submissions NUDE: 8th Annual International Competition
International Deadline: June 10, 2016 – Highly regarded Manifest Creative Research Gallery announces it’s ‘8th annual international competitive exhibit exploring the uncovered human form in current art’.
NUDE is open to everyone. Professionals as well as students are encouraged to enter. The only limitation is that entries must represent original works of art.
Open to any and all traditional and non-traditional genre and media, including painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, photography, mixed media, video, etc. The only limiting factor is that works must in some way involve, represent, or explore the nude human form.
JURY & CURATOR
Manifest’s selection process involves a complex two-part system. This exhibit will be juried by an anonymous 5-9 member panel of professional and academic advisors with a broad range of expertise relative to art and design..
Manifest Press produces high quality hard-cover publications documenting each entire season of exhibits, artists, and works shown. This continues Manifest’s commitment to long-term documentation and dissemination of our projects, and the expansion of physical exhibits into a broader geography and time frame
$36 for up to three entries submitted. $10 per each additional entry.

SALE OF ARTWORK
Artworks are not required to be for sale in order to be included in exhibitions. Manifest Gallery will retain a commission of 30% of the sale price on all artwork sold during the exhibition.
DELIVERY AND RETURN OF WORK
All work accepted for the exhibition must arrive ready to install. Works not gallery-ready, or not exhibiting good craftsmanship, may be omitted from the exhibit.
Works will be insured while on gallery premises. Insurance covers theft, vandalism, damage caused by gallery patrons or staff (in accordance with insurance policy).

July 20 Hi-res images needed for season annual and PR (ASAP)
August 6 Artwork due to Manifest by this date
August 12 Opening reception
September 9 Final Day of Exhibition
September 10-17 Pick-up hand-delivered work
September 14 Schedule shipped artwork for pickup (arranged by artist)
